I sent money from a different bank account

Important

Only personal bank accounts that are in your name can be linked to your CoinMart account.

Please Note

• We will always prioritise the first bank account you verified as your main deposit and withdrawal account.
• You can add additional bank accounts to your CoinMart account for deposits, but we will always send withdrawals to the first account.
• If you would like to change your main deposit and withdrawal account, please contact support@coinmart.nl

Different Bank Account Scenarios

• Registered in Your Name: If you made a transfer from a bank account that is registered in your name, our team will review the case and try to use the deposit to fund your account. Please note that it may not always be possible and we only allow one main registered bank account per user account. Our team will reach out to you in case any actions are needed from your side.
• Not Registered in Your Name: If you made a transfer from a bank account that is not registered to your name, the deposit will be returned to the originating bank account. No actions are needed on your side.

Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days. It is only possible to deposit funds from a bank account that you own.
