Here at CoinMart, we are doing our best to protect your account as well as possible. But aside from our security measures, there are also measures you can take to make your account safer. We strongly recommend the following:
1. Strong password
○ Use a password that is difficult to guess for your CoinMart account.
○ Make sure the password is unique and not used for any other accounts.
○ Consider using a password manager to easily create and securely store unique passwords for all your online accounts.
2. Two-factor authentication (2FA)
○ Enable two-factor authentication for your account. This makes your account even more secure and requires you to enter both your password and a code on your mobile phone when logging in.

3. Well secured email account
○ Make sure that the email account linked to your CoinMart account is properly secured. Do this by enabling two-factor authentication for your email account.
You can also check with other providers to make sure that the password of your email account has not been leaked. If this is the case, we recommend that you change all passwords associated with this email address.
○ You can also consider using a separate email address that is not linked to other accounts for extra protection.
4. Anti-phishing code
○ An anti-phishing code can be included in all automatically generated emails sent by CoinMart. Check if the mail you received from CoinMart contains an anti-phishing code and whether it matches the anti-phishing code provided in your account.

5. Device Management
○ Enable new Device Authorization and new IP authorization so that changes cannot be done without your knowledge. To adjust these settings, please click on Account in the app or web version, then go to Account Data/Security and then adjust settings under Device Management.
By following the aforementioned steps, you can optimize the protection of your account.
Note: CoinMart employees will never:
• ask for your password, 2-step verification codes, or email access
• ask you to install remote sign-in or remote support software on your computer
• ask you to send money to resolve issues with your account
