Withdrawing Euros to your Bank Account

Steps to Withdraw Euros

To initiate a Euro withdrawal from your account, follow these steps:

1. Log In:

2. Navigate to Withdraw:
   • If you're using the app, navigate to the [Home] section and click on [Withdraw].
   • If you use the web version, you can directly click [Withdraw].
3. Select EUR:
   • Choose [EUR] from the list.
4. Enter Withdrawal Amount:
   • Input the desired amount you wish to withdraw. Note that the minimum withdrawal amount is €1.
5. Verify Withdrawal Details in Preview:
   • Confirm the withdrawal details, including the amount and the recipient bank account. Withdrawals will always be sent to the first bank account you verified with CoinMart. If you would like to change this, please contact support@coinmart.nl to request this change.
6. Confirm and Withdraw:
   • Once all details are verified, click [Next] to complete the process.

Processing Time

Your withdrawal request will be processed, and the funds will be transferred to your specified bank account. Please note the following:

• SEPA Transfer: We will make a SEPA transfer.
• Transfer Time: The transfer can take up to 3 business days.
  • Dutch Bank Accounts: Typically completed within one business day.
  • Non-Dutch Bank Accounts: May take up to three business days.
