CoinMart (Trade register name: Nova-X Europe B.V.) has a registration with De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. (DNB) as a provider of crypto services. DNB monitors compliance of Nova-X Europe B.V. of the Law to prevent money laundering and financing terrorism and the Sanctions Act 1977. Nova-X Europe B.V. is not under prudential supervision of DNB or under the supervision of conduct of the AFM. This means there is none financial requirements or business risks are supervised and there is no question of specific financial consumer protection.
