You are required to confirm your full name and registered and verified email address as a minimum requirement to identify you as a User.

If we are unable to identify you from the original complaint, we will attempt to identify you by requesting additional information.

Failure to provide the required information to identify the User and related Account will lead to the complaint being closed and not further processed.

After you have submitted your complaint, we will confirm to you as soon as possible that we have received your complaint and also give you the timeframe within which we expect to be able to provide you with a reasonable resolution to your issue.
