Steps to Open an Account

Opening an account with CoinMart is easy and completely free. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Download Our App

Download the CoinMart app from your app store and follow the steps provided in the app.

2. Follow the In-App Instructions

The entire process takes about 15 minutes. Simply follow the guided steps to complete your registration.

Required Documents and Information

As a registered cryptocurrency service provider, we are required to follow standard KYC (Know Your Customer) and Due Diligence procedures. To comply with these requirements, you will need to provide the following:

1. Residency Requirements

You must be a resident of one of the supported countries to open an account with CoinMart. Check CoinMart's list of Supported Countries to see if your country of residence is supported.

2. Identification Documents

Verify your identity by submitting one of the following accepted identification documents:

Passport
National Identity Card
Driver's License
Residence Permit

Ensure that the document you provide clearly contains your full name and is not expired. More information about accepted identification documents can be found here: Supported IDs.

3. Accepted Bank Accounts

CoinMart currently accepts:

Revolut and N26 Accounts
Dutch Joint and Private Bank Accounts (iDEAL)
Spanish Joint and Private Bank Accounts (Plaid)

Please note that the bank account must be in your name, and business accounts are not accepted.

Completing the Registration

Once you have submitted and had these documents approved, you will be able to freely deposit, trade, and withdraw your assets.

Important Note:

Account creation only works with a valid ID and a joint or private bank account. Business bank accounts are not accepted.
