1. Why is CoinMart closing its exchange?
As part of our business pivot, CoinMart is exiting the retail market while continuing to operate as a licensed entity in the Netherlands and Spain.

2. When is the last date to withdraw my assets?
The last day to withdraw your assets and access your account is 6 April 2025. After this date, you will no longer have access to your account. All remaining digital assets will be converted to EUR and sent to your registered bank account.

4. Can I still deposit funds into my account?
Deposits of EUR and cryptocurrencies will be available until 6 April 2025. After that, all deposits will be disabled.
5. How can I withdraw my crypto or EUR?
You can withdraw your funds directly from the CoinMart platform. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your CoinMart account.
- Navigate to โWithdrawโ in your dashboard.
- Select EUR or your cryptocurrency of choice.

6. What happens if I donโt withdraw my funds before 6 April 2025?
- From 7 April to 11 April, CoinMart will restrict account access and disable trading.
- Any remaining assets will be automatically sold at market price during this period.
- The proceeds will be transferred to your bank account on record.
7. Can I still access my transaction history?
Yes, until 6 April 2025. You should have received email confirmations for all transactions. If you require an overview, please contact support@coinmart.nl.
8. Will there be any fees for withdrawals?
- Crypto withdrawals: Standard network fees will apply.
- EUR withdrawals: CoinMart does not charge any commission on EUR withdrawals.

After 6 April 2025, CoinMart will no longer operate as an exchange, and all customer accounts will be closed.
10. Can I still contact customer support after the exchange closes?
