General Information

1. What is the 20% Referral Programme?
The 20% Referral Programme allows referrers to earn 20% of their referred customers’ trading commissions (in EUR) for the first 180 days after the referee’s account is fully verified. Commissions are credited directly to the referrer’s CoinMart account.

Eligibility

2. Who is eligible to participate?

• Both the referrer (original customer) and the referee (referred customer) must have:
  • A fully verified CoinMart account.
  • A funded account.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to join.

3. When does the referral program go live?
The referral program will go live on 31 December 2024.

Referral Code and Process

4. How do I refer someone?

• Each active customer has a unique referral link accessible via their CoinMart account dashboard.
• Share your referral link with friends or family. When they sign up using your link and meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll start accruing rewards.

5. Referees must use the referral link or code at Sign-Up

• To ensure the system tracks your referral accurately, your referee must use your unique referral link or insert your referral code during their registration process.
• If your referee does not use your referral link or code, the system cannot connect the referral, and you will not accrue rewards for that referral.

6. Manual Connections will not be made

• CoinMart’s system is specifically designed to automate and simplify the referral tracking process.
• Referrals must be connected automatically through the use of your unique referral link or code during sign-up. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually connect referrals if the link or code is not used.
• As the referrer, we encourage you to ensure that your referee understands the importance of using your link or code correctly during registration to successfully qualify for the program.

Accruing Rewards

7. How much can I earn from referrals?
You will accrue 20% of your referee’s trading commissions (in EUR) for the first 180 days after their account is fully verified.

8. How are rewards calculated and paid?

• Trading commissions are calculated daily.
• The 20% share is credited to your CoinMart account at 12 PM UTC daily.
• If the commission amount is less than €0.01 (after rounding), it will not be credited.

Examples:

• If the referee’s trading commission is €0.04, the referrer’s share (€0.008) will not be credited.
• If the referee’s trading commission is €0.10, the referrer’s share (€0.02) will be credited.

9. Are there restrictions on the rewards I accrue?
No, the rewards you accrue can be withdrawn or used for trading without restrictions.

Timeframe and Limitations

10. How long can I accrue rewards from a single referral?
You can accrue rewards for up to 180 days from the date your referee’s account is fully verified.

11. Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, you can refer as many people as you’d like. Each referee will have their own 180-day eligibility period for rewards.

Fraud Prevention and Terms

12. What happens if there’s suspected fraud or misuse?

• CoinMart actively monitors for fraud and misuse to ensure the integrity of the program.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, CoinMart reserves the right to delay, deny, or revoke rewards and may suspend accounts involved in such activities.

13. Can CoinMart change or cancel the program?
Yes, CoinMart reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect rewards already accrued prior to such modifications.

Other Information

14. Do I need to participate in the program?
No, participation is entirely voluntary. You can choose whether or not to take part in the referral program.

15. How can I check my rewards and referrals?

• You can track your referrals and rewards directly in your CoinMart account dashboard.
• Rewards are updated daily, reflecting the commissions accrued from your referrals’ trading activity.
