Why did the referral program end on 20 November 2024 at 13:00 CET?
The referral program officially ended on 20 November 2024 at 13:00 CET in line with the promotional T&Cs because the predefined reward pool limit was reached.
What happens to referrals made before the program ended?
- All referrals that met the program's eligibility requirements before 20 November 2024 at 13:00 CET have been processed and rewards have been paid.
- Referrals that did not meet the requirements by this deadline have not been paid and will not qualify for rewards.
What were the requirements to qualify for a reward?
To qualify, the following criteria needed to be met:
- The referrer and referee must have fully verified and funded CoinMart accounts.
- The referrer must have completed at least one trade of €100 or more in a single transaction at any time in their account history.
- The referee must have completed a new trade of €100 or more in a single transaction between 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET and 5 December 2024 at 23:59 CET (adjusted to 20 November 2024 at 13:00 CET due to the predefined limit being reached)
