1. Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?

This referral program is available to users aged 18 or over who meet all program Terms & Conditions. Both the referrer (original customer) and the referee (new customer) must have fully verified and funded accounts.
2. What are the requirements for me (the referrer) to qualify for a reward?

To qualify, you (the referrer) must have completed at least one trade of €100 or more in a single transaction at any time in your account history.
3. What are the requirements for the referee (the person I refer) to qualify?

The referee must make a new trade of €100 or more in a single transaction between 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET and 5 December 2024 at 23:59 CET.
4. How many referrals can I earn rewards for?

You can earn rewards for the first 10 qualified referrals. After reaching this limit, you will no longer be eligible for additional rewards, even if more of your referrals qualify.
5. How much is the referral reward?

Both you and each referred customer will receive €20 upon meeting the program’s conditions.
6. When and how are rewards paid out?

Rewards are credited within 14 days after both you and the referred customer meet all eligibility requirements. Credits are processed on weekdays only (Monday to Friday), so any rewards earned over the weekend will be credited on the next business day.
7. Can I transfer funds to other users to help them qualify?

No, transfers to other users, whether directly or indirectly, do not count towards meeting the reward conditions. CoinMart reserves the right to disqualify any participants found violating this rule.
8. How long is this referral program available?

The program is active from 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET until 5 December 2024 at 23:59 CET or until the total rewards pool limit is reached, whichever comes first.
9. What happens if someone tries to abuse the promotion?

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the program will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. CoinMart is committed to ensuring program integrity for all participants.
10. Can I close my account and still receive rewards?

You may close your account at any time, but any earned bonuses will be forfeited if you have not fully met the program conditions prior to closing.
11. Can CoinMart change the referral program terms?

CoinMart reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. However, rewards already accrued prior to any changes will not be affected.
12. What happens if there’s suspected fraud or misuse?

If there is suspected fraud or misuse, CoinMart may delay reward payouts until legitimacy is verified. In cases of confirmed misuse, CoinMart reserves the right to deny rewards entirely to maintain fairness.
13. What if the referee forgets to add the referral code during sign-up?

If the referee forgets to enter the referral code at sign-up, both the referrer and the referee should email our support team with the referral code. Support will then manually connect the referral to ensure both parties are eligible for the reward, provided all other conditions are met.
14. Is the referral program open to customers outside the Netherlands and Spain?

Yes, due to high demand, the referral program has been expanded to include all customers who are eligible to create an account with CoinMart. This means customers in other supported countries can participate in the program by referring others, though only residents of the Netherlands and Spain are eligible for certain rewards.
15. What are the updated requirements for referrals?

Starting from 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET, some conditions have been adjusted. Please refer to the most current Terms & Conditions for the specific requirements each referrer and referee need to meet for rewards eligibility.
16. When will I receive rewards earned before 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET?

Any rewards earned before this time will be processed manually and credited within the stated 14-day period. Please note that these payments will be issued in batches, so you may receive intermittent payments instead of a single lump sum.
17. How will I know if I meet the updated requirements?

18. Will referrals made before 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET still be rewarded under the previous terms?
- Yes, all referral activity before 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET will be paid in accordance with the previous terms and conditions. The new requirements apply only to referrals made after 13 November 2024 at 13:00 CET.
