If a login from a new device is detected, you will be sent an email to authorise the new device for security purposes to ensure it is you who is actioning the login.
Steps to Authorise a New Device

Login:
- Log in to your account on a new device by entering your email and password.

Access Verification Email:
- Access the email you used to register your CoinMart account and find the email telling you to authorise your new device to gain access to your account
- This email contains a 6-digit verification code which is valid for 10 minutes.

Enter Verification Code:
- Insert the 6-digit verification code into the corresponding field on the CoinMart login page.

Google Authenticator (if enabled):
- If you have Google Authenticator enabled, you will also need to enter the 6-digit code provided by the authenticator app.
Confirmation
Once you have provided all the verification codes and gained access to your account, the new device will be authorised. You will not be required to provide a verification code again for this device.
