Why Would My Bank Account Not Be Automatically Verified?
Sometimes, the bank account may not be automatically verified. Here are some common reasons and solutions:
- Incorrect Name: If you entered the wrong name when creating your CoinMart account, you can request a name change by contacting our support team.
- Joint Bank Account: If you use a joint bank account, we may only receive your partner's name from your bank. In such cases, we require additional verification, such as a proof of address.
- Business Account: If you have attempted to use a business account when verifying your CoinMart account, our system will flag this for review and we will have to politely ask you to try again with a personal account.
How Can I Change/Add Linked Bank Accounts?
Yes, you can add multiple bank accounts to your CoinMart account for deposit or withdrawal purposes. Simply follow the same verification process for each additional bank account. To change or update your linked bank account, follow these steps:

Add a New Bank Account:
- Deposit funds from the new bank you wish to link. Once deposited, contact our support team to update your bank account details.

Remove the Old Bank Account:
- After linking the new bank account, inform our support team so we can remove the old bank account from your account.
Why Is My Deposit and Bank Account Not Approved?
Your deposit and bank account may not be approved if:
- It's a business account, belongs to someone else, or the name on the account does not match our records.
- The bank account number is already linked to another CoinMart account.
In such cases, your deposit will be automatically refunded within 1-2 business days.
Can I Add/Use a Foreign Bank Account?
You can verify an international bank account if it's from one of the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) countries. Bank accounts from countries outside the SEPA zone cannot be verified.
